After hundreds of reserve duty days over the past years, I realized that building products for complex environments requires the same tactical mindset as leading infantry.
My combined experience in the startup industry and as an officer in reserve duty gives me unique insights into building practical solutions that apply to real world situations.
I am currently building solutions that bridge civilian innovation and defense readiness, at the intersection where Hardware-Software-Ai meet real world applications and implications.

01. The Simpler, The Better
"I never pick up an item without thinking of how I might improve it." Over-engineered MVPs are the enemy of progress. Solve the problem with the least amount of friction possible.
02. Grandmasters vs. Enthusiasts
An operator running a company is a grandmaster of chess. The VC offering advice and catching a flight home is an enthusiast. The grandmaster lives with every move. Seek advice from builders, not observers.
03. The Rule of 3
Why does the military divide everything by three? It creates an inherent prioritization (1/3 vs 2/3). In product development, if everything is an equal priority, nothing is. Allocate resources ruthlessly.
